CarandX accepts secure payments via third-party payment providers. All transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit card, Apple Pay depending on the available options at checkout. We do not accept cash payments through the website.
2.2 Deposits and Final Payment
Customers are required to make an upfront deposit, typically AED 1,000 , to confirm a vehicle reservation. This deposit guarantees priority in vehicle allocation and processing.
The remaining balance, as displayed on the website or agreed upon via quotation, must be paid in full prior to vehicle delivery. Customers will receive a detailed breakdown of the total price, which includes applicable VAT, registration charges, and any included services (e.g., roadside assistance), unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Secure Processing
All payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways. CarandX does not store your full card details at any point. Payment providers used on our platform are certified to the highest industry standards.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation Within 24 Hours
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the initial payment and receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations must be initiated by contacting our support team at support@carandx.com. You must provide the full name, email address, and phone number used during the reservation process.
A cancellation confirmation will be issued via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
3.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically issued within 10 to 15 business days, although it may take up to 30 calendar days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider and bank.
Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.
3.3 No Refund After 24 Hours
After 24 hours have passed from the time of payment, your deposit becomes non-refundable. This is due to the immediate commencement of vehicle sourcing, allocation, and documentation processes which incur irreversible costs.Requests for refund beyond the 24-hour window will not be honored under any circumstances, unless required by law.
4. Vehicle Reservation and Delivery
All vehicle information, including images, specifications, and pricing, is provided on an “as available” basis and is subject to change without prior notice. Vehicle reservations are considered confirmed only after successful receipt of the deposit and confirmation from our team.
Delivery dates and timelines are subject to vehicle availability, registration clearance, and full payment of the outstanding balance. CarandX is not liable for delivery delays caused by government authorities, shipping companies, or other events beyond our control.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation or delay delivery under force majeure conditions or in the event of inventory misalignment or fraud detection.
5. Communication Policy
By submitting a vehicle reservation or contacting us through the website, you consent to receive operational communications, including order confirmations, payment receipts, and delivery updates via email, SMS, or phone.
